When I launched Aspiria Recruit, I knew that to stand out in the recruitment market I needed to ensure that my candidates got the level of service that not all recruitment agencies provide. I work differently to many agencies, in that I intentionally work with a small number of candidates at any one time. This is to ensure I provide more time for my candidates with a confidential, tailored and proactive service, building a close and trusted relationship with you. This will include me formulating a plan and providing you with regular updates.
If I believe I can genuinely add value to your job search, then I will put myself into “proactive mode” for you. I don’t wait for the phone to ring me, in the hope that the job called in might be suitable.
I will dedicate long periods of time to supporting each of the candidates I work with, whether they be at Fee Earner, Legal Executive, Support or Law Graduate level. Within this time, I will start making enquiries for you by calling, emailing, and proactively reaching out to relevant law firms and employers within the South West, to generate interest and speed up the search process for you. I don’t give away your identity, to ensure that your job search is 100% discreet and confidential.
I work across Devon, Somerset and West Dorset, working closely with law firms to find them the right people. However, I work even closer with my candidates to ensure I’m finding them the right opportunities.
